Project Description
2015
Installation
Neon PVC barrier tape, hooks
The installation is a minimalistic intervention created site-specifically. Continuous triangle shapes unfold along the side of the studio picking up lines from the space, as yet tying in a space by themselves. The lines spin infinite triangles into the space, changing with the viewer”s angle, evolving and aiming towards the light of the windows – ultimately opening up a new perspective.
The artwork uses neon orange barrier tape as it was used during the end of 2014 in Hong Kong during the yellow umbrella movement demonstrations.
To be continued.
