Today is the opening of Hong Kong Anarchitecture Bananas: Artists who reclaim space is a group exhibition exploring artists' humorous interpretations of urban planning, architecture and design. It will be held at Artist Commune, Hong Kong, during 29 Mar – 17 Apr 2008.

Today I give an artist' talk at the architecture firm rmjm, Hong Kong. I will talk about «Urban Interventions», previous projects of mine and what public art is about and what it can do in my opinion.

Today the exhibition «Just a Little Ladies' Talk» opens at the Blue Lotus Gallery, Fotan, Hong Kong. I will show an old and one new piece. More about that later. The «Ladies' Talk» is a girly show with five female artists. You would think that gender is not an issue in the artworld, but it still is. The show is also meant as a counter statement to the currently being on display «Made in Hong Kong» show at teh HK Museum of Art, that has only male artists.
The opening is from 4-7 pm. At the same time two new space are opening, among them is Stage 1. Stage 1 will be one of my new activities in the futuer...
